About Eating Simulator: Three short, qaint little rpg vignettes. It’s got some unique art, and for what it is, this is interesting in its own right. That’s not to say that its mindblowing or anything. Gameplay wise, its standard. The narrative in general reminds me a lot of Saturday morning cartoons; but this time with more of a gothic victorian asthetic. The creator clearly had a vision in mind for these characters, which is more than I can say for a lot of games I’ve played....

About El Paso, Border Patrol Roleplay: Are the missions repetitive? Yes. Are the controls super simple? Absolutely. Is the dialogue preset for a controller, causing my daughter to ask repeatedly “what’s the left stick?” as she hunts on the keyboard for the up arrow? Annoyingly, yes (the dialogue, not my daughter). Would I be able to complete the entire game flawlessly in under thirty minutes? You know, not to brag, but I’d bet real money on it....
